I am from Bonnie Scotland! However, I have been seeking refuge from the harsh Scottish winters & living in England for a few years. Welcome to my first blog post, where I will be sharing some (hopefully funny) travel tales from my wanders. Along with lots of practical advice & on everything from Sites to visit, Keeping safe, Restaurants, Bars & Getting around.
I take THE worst selfies (Check out my Pyramids outtake pictures for evidence😂) & wear the most ridiculous outfits. All photos shared are my own, using a Nokia 3310 standard of phone camera, with no editing. All of the words are my own, without the use of any AI (Better to crash & burn on your own material than fly on some soulless generic ChatGPT output). I will regularly post a new blog article from a different place, beginning with the incredible Cairo, Egypt.
Over the last few trips, I have been lost so many times I should be the Hide & Seek Champion, have had guns pointed at me, been dragged out of Holy buildings & ruined Athlete Home Coming Parades (All entirely accidental of course). All information given is correct to the best of my knowledge at the time of posting, but opening times & prices change etc. Therefore, it’s important to remember that Abraham Lincoln famously said “Don’t believe everything you read on the internet”.
I am not selling anything, nor on Commission for any places recommended, my aim is to provide an honest, useful resource to anyone considering visiting these places & hopefully make some new friends along the way. Feel free to leave any feedback, either singing my praises or howling abuse at me, it’s all welcomed! Thanks for stopping by, please subscribe (for free) & lets conquer the World, one tale at a time ❤️✈️🏝️

Originally I had included some more details about those situations, but they were almost entirely my own fault, certainly something I will write about down the line! Have a wonderful day ❤️
